Well I am trying to get more into the Health & Wellness Challenge. I am a perfect example of a "yo-yo dieter." I have lost 60 - 70 lbs. before. I have never been able to maintain my weight for too long after I loose a tremendous amount. I am a stress eater.

I have been sucessful on Weight Watchers. I am now trying the South Beach Diet. I have been on this diet for over 2 weeks now. I have given up white carbs. I lost 13 lbs in 2 weeks. I am a carb addict. I am very happy with my results. I hope I am 60lbs. lighter when the challenge is over.
